This is a collaborative planning experience designed for travelers who want a thoughtfully structured trip, without every moment feeling over programmed. Ill design the overall flow of the journey, recommend resorts, transportation and key experience, while leaving space for flexibility, spontaneity and slower travel.

The goal is a plan that feels intuitive and well paced, ensuring logistics make sense. Some bookings are handled by me, while others can be left intentionally open depending on your preferences.

Best for International travel, family trips or couples who want expert guidance and a well paced plan, but still want some planning freedom.

I will help you choose the right property for your travel style, book through my preferred partner network when available and act as your point of contact before and during your stay.

Best for clients who know where they want to go (or choosing between a few hotels) and want an elevated stay with perks, support and peace of mind without full itinerary planning.

White Glove Travel Design is a fully managed planning experience for more complex or once in a lifetime journeys. This is where I handle every moving piece on your behalf, from coordinating with on the ground partners to managing transfers, guides and experiences. The goal is a seamless, intuitive trip that feels effortless, while still honoring your personal travel style and pace. This service is offered on a limited basis and is best suited for trips that truly benefit from hands off planning.

Best for highly complex itineraries, multi city or country travel, destinations requiring close coordination or clients who prefer everything handled so they can simply arrive and enjoy.

Includes:

Full service planning and booking
coordination and on the ground communication
seamless transfers, guides and experiences
elevated concierge level support
Typically has a minimum travel spend

Planning Fee: Custom quoted based on the destination and number of days you are traveling
